Who we are
AISKOOL (“we”, “us”) provides a platform for creating and joining online learning communities. This policy covers the AISKOOL website, apps and services.
What we collect
Account data you give us — your name, email and password (stored only as a salted hash). Content you create — posts, comments, courses, messages and community settings. Usage data — basic logs and device information needed to run and secure the service.
How we use it
To operate your account and communities, process payments, send service and broadcast messages you’ve opted into, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Member payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card details; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI compliance.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us run the service (e.g. hosting, Stripe for payments, and messaging providers where you enable Telegram or WhatsApp), and where required by law.
Your choices
You can access, correct or delete your account data, and export your content. To request deletion or a copy of your data, email hello@aiskool.co.
